The Yoga Foundations course is based on Iyengar Yoga and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This is a mixed level course, suitable for absolute beginners and any Yoga students with previous practice experience who feel to refine the basics of Yoga posture alignment and Yoga philosophy. Each week has a specific focus that will guide you, over the course of 10 hours, to build a solid foundation for your ongoing Yoga practice.
