Yogaflow is a small, boutique Yoga studio in the heart of the Atlantic ocean, on an island called Madeira, which means “Wood” in Portuguese. When Madeira island was first discovered in 1419 it was completely covered in ancient Laurissilva forest. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the Wood element represents birth, growth, expansion, and flexibility. It is associated with the colour green and Spring season. A perfect atmosphere for Yoga practice.
“What a blessing to have crossed paths in my 30 year yoga journey with Mel. Genuine warmth and humility radiates from her soul, and you are in exceptionally skilled hands with this teacher who openly shares her deep wisdom in both studio and private classes. Her classes are filled with joy and authenticity. An awesome human too, whose company and conversations I enjoy immensely. Thank you, Mel.” – Sue Nunn
